David N. Fleming, Founder & Principal

Mr. Fleming graduated from California State Polytechnic University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Ornamental Horticulture. He has over 30 years of experience in the golf industry as a Golf Course Superintendent at Singing Hills Resort in El Cajon, California and as a designer of award winning golf courses in Mexico, Latin America, and the United States.

David founded Golf Properties Management in 1987 and has incorporated his field experience as a Superintendent, Designer, and Builder to facilitate construction procedures and to reduce costs. He is a naturalist and a member of many Professional Golf Associations. His works in Mexico including Bajamar, and El Tamarindo have won him the priase and awards from Golf Digest and Golf Magazine. His latest master planned golf community projects-Real del Desierto in Monterrey, Mexico and Club Campestre de Montebello in Torreon, Mexico are sure to win the priase of golf magazines and golfers alike upon completion.

Heath H. Pray, Golf Course Architect

Mr. Pray graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelors Degree in Landscape Architecture and has worked with Golf Properties Design since 1993. His responsibilities include preparation of the golf course routing plans, conceptual golf hole strategy plans, grading and drainage plans, and AutoCad construction documents. He has completed dozens of Project plans ranging from large master planned communities to core golf developments.
